Payroll can be done weekly, bi-weekly, semi-monthly or monthly. Payroll taxes are calculated for monthly deposits if required or are done when quarterlies are completed each quarter. We generate year end Form W-3 and W-2 plus the Form 1096 and Form 1099-MISC if required. We also do just the quarterly reporting if you do your own payroll.
Bookkeeping can be done monthly, quarterly or yearly based on client need. We use QuickBooks and can assist you if you want to get set up and do your own bookkeeping, which we can review on a regular basis if needed.
